As a Realtor, I am dedicated to my clients. I work hard to exceed even their highest expectations, making myself available throughout the buying and selling processes. People who work with me quickly learn that they can trust me to look out for their best interests.

In my first year as a Realtor, I ranked among the top 10% of more than 2,900 Realtors in the Fraser Valley, earning me a spot in the Medallion Club. I still hold my spot in the Medallion Club, but today, I rank among the top 10% of more than 3,400 Realtors in the Fraser Valley. I am always looking for new ways to push myself and enhance my service offerings.

Over the years, I have become adept at empowering my clients through the buying and selling processes. Although it is true that I achieved success early in my career, I remained steadfast in my devotion to learning. I pass advantages on to my clients, in such forms as stronger market position and effective negotiating power.

The White Rock/South Surrey community means a great deal to me. I have lived here all my life, and this is the place that my family calls home. Because I have seen this community at every age, I can state without hesitation that it is a wonderful place to grow up and raise a family.

I partnered with RE/MAX Colonial Pacific Realty Ltd. because I had heard how effective they were and because it was evident what a positive culture they had built. Speaking to others at RE/MAX, I could see that they cared about their clients. I wanted to be a part of that – to stand alongside people who viewed real estate the same way that I do, as a calling to serve.

As a Realtor, I offer services that are never one-size-fits-all. I recognize that my clients' needs and preferences are unique. Before I ever offer any advice or do any research, I ask questions, figuring out what your goals are and how I can make this process comfortable for you. I listen intently, and once I understand where you are coming from, then I get down to business.

I understand the weight of this decision. Home buyers and home sellers know that they can count on me for empathy. For the vast majority of people, there are a few decisions that are bigger than any others they will ever make: getting married, having children, and of course, buying or selling a home. Everything you need while you are buying or selling a home, I am there for you. Answering your questions, keeping you informed, and representing you effectively, I will make myself available to you constantly.A family man at heart, I am a father of two. My family and I live in South Surrey, and I would not have it any other way. My parents worked in the medical field, teaching me from a young age to value people, and I am teaching my young ones the same values. I know that in South Surrey, I will have no problem keeping them on the right path and encouraging them to live happy, productive lives.

I want you to know that you can relax throughout the buying and selling processes. If you are feeling the stress of the decision that is in front of you, I want you to know that I will stand up for you and be there beside you to closing day and beyond. I have earned multiple awards – the Executive Club, the 100% Club, the Platinum Club, Top 100 in Western Canada, and the RE/MAX Hall of Fame – but much more important to me than any of these awards is the peace of mind that I can give to my clients.

Every day in real estate is different. I earned my Master Certification Negotiation Expert (MCNE) and my Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist Designation, in addition to studying with Real Estate's #1 Educator. When I see all my day-to-day work come to something, in the form of satisfied clients and successful closings, I know that all my effort was worth it.
